Oteiza pelota courts

One of Oteiza's dreams was brought to life in Azkoitia: to experiment with empty spaces in the world of Basque pelota.

The result is an exceptional work of avant-garde architecture, now home to the Centre for Basque Pelota. Once inside this gigantic sculpture, you can feel the space and play with it, just like Oteiza himself did.
