Gorrotxategi museum

Xaxu, the Gorrotxategi confectionery museum in Tolosa, invites you to take a sweet tour of confectionery-making from the 14th to the 19th centuries.

The museum has a display of more than 400 utensils put together by the Gorrotxategi family over the years, thanks to which you’ll learn how different products are made, including chocolate, caramel, ice cream and liquors.
