Sastarrain Valley

The Valley of Sastarrain runs peacefully from the spa town of Zestoa to the base of the impressive massif of Mount Izarraitz.

Cross the bridge over the River Urola to begin an easy walk, taking in a number of sites of interest: the Lili Palace, followed a little further on by Ekainberri (a replica of the Ekain cave) and finally the Ekain Cave itself, a World Heritage Site. If you want, you can keep going to enjoy some magnificent scenery.
