Barandiaran museum

The Larruntza Mill, in the San Gregorio neighbourhood of Ataun, looks at the life and work of the prestigious anthropologist and ethnographer Joxemiel Barandiaran.

The building, renovated to maintain its original appearance, contains an exhibition of replicas of his works. Beside the Museum is the Jose Marin Apalategi Documentation Centre.
